HOW A LISTENING SESSION WORKS

• Each session runs for 90 minutes and starts at your reserved time.

• Every table has its own listening setup, with one pair of headphones for each seat. A 2-seater table comes with 2 pairs of headphones. A 4-seater table comes with 4 pairs of headphones.

• Your listening setup is fixed to the table you are assigned, so there is nothing to choose or set up on your end.

• You are free to browse our full collection and swap records as often as you like within your 90 minutes.

• If you have never handled a record before, that is completely fine. Our team will set you up and walk you through everything when you arrive.

SESSION PRICE AND MINIMUM ORDER

• Each listening session is priced at RM20 per person.

• Sessions are charged per person rather than per table.

• Each guest is also required to order at least one item from the menu. We find the best sessions are the ones enjoyed with good music and something nice in hand.

• You only pay for the number of guests who actually arrive on the day.

• Nothing is collected when you book. You settle everything at the counter.

TABLES AND GROUP SIZE

• One person books on behalf of the whole party. There is no need for each guest to make their own reservation.

• Your table is pre-assigned when you book. We only rearrange seating for special requests, so please let us know in advance if you have one.

• Most of our tables seat 2 guests, with a few tables that seat 4 guests.

• If you are coming alone or as a pair, you will be seated at a 2-seater table.

• If you are coming as a group of 3 or 4, you will be seated at a 4-seater table.

• If your group is larger than 4, please make separate reservations. For example, a group of 5 would book one table for 2 guests and one table for 3 guests. A group of 7 would book one table for 3 guests and one table for 4 guests.

• We will do our best to seat your tables close together.

• If you are unsure how to split your group, WhatsApp us and we will arrange it for you.

MAKING A RESERVATION

• Reservations open 7 days in advance and are first come, first served.

• A confirmation email will be sent once your booking goes through. Please show it at the counter when you check in.

• To cancel or amend your reservation, use the link in your confirmation email at least 1 hour before your session. Changes are subject to availability.

• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your slot for check-in and setup.

• Walk-ins are welcome, but seats only become available when a reservation is cancelled. Booking in advance is the only way to guarantee your session, especially on weekends and public holidays.

FOOD AND DRINKS

• All food and beverages served here are Muslim friendly. We do not serve non-halal food.

• Celebration cakes are welcome. Please note that the minimum of one order per guest still applies.

• Other outside food and beverages are not permitted.

WORKING FROM THE CAFÉ

• Laptops are welcome and you are free to work during your session.

• We provide plug points beside every table.

RECORDS FOR SALE

• We carry a limited collection of records for sale at our SS18 branch.

• If you would like to browse and take something home, do drop by and have a look.

WHO IT IS FOR

• Guests aged 13 and above are welcome. Our space is designed for focused, quiet listening and is not suitable for young children. We do not provide child seats or child-specific amenities.

• Pets are not allowed in the café.

• This is a shared listening environment, so we ask all guests to be considerate of the tables around them.

PHOTOS

• Personal photos and short videos are warmly welcome.

• If you are planning a proper shoot or a content creation session, please WhatsApp us beforehand so we can arrange it.
